My Niva [Seen here at the top of Hard knot pass in the lake district just after Xmas].
I had originally bought a red 1600 for four hundred pounds, and having had it a week was hard at work cleaning it( the farmer who owned it before me and used it to transport unsecured cowsh*t I think as the inner was covered in mud and the stuff!).
Basically a guy in our village had the cossack and wanted to swop so he could use it to tow a trailer on his building site. We did the deal and now I'm the proud owner of an immaculate P Reg Cossack with 30K on the clock.
What's gone wrong? I had a busted NSR brake cylinder(thanks alan@lada.co.uk for the speedy part).Apart from that fingers crossed it runs like a sowing machine.
Recently in the lakes it tanked it's way up every ice covered, frozen mud track & slope I could find.

Do I love it? you wouldn't ask if you'd driver one! of course I do.
